Retirement split

If spouse makes double my income, would court rule more favorably to me and not require 50/50 of my retirement be split, that is,could I keep more?

It is possible. Marital property is divided equitably (usually 50/50 division unless 50/50 is not equitable under the circumstances). There are many factors a judge will look at, including the income and income earning abilities of each spouse, but there are many things that come into play with dividing property and determining whether a 50/50 division is equitable as presumed.
