In the process of working through a Separation Agreemenmt and Equitable Distrubition, it became necessary to side-track. A mediation was needed which ended with a Parenting Agreement signed by a judge and recorded. The Separation Agreement is not finished and may not be for several more months.
The Question is: Can the Parenting Agreement be mentioned in the SA and become a part of the Separation Agreement when it is filed and recorded? If so, which has presidence over the other for reason of definitation or clarity? If not, why not?

The parenting agreement is an Order of the court since it has been signed by a judge an entered. The parenting agreement can be referenced in the SA, but it is not necessary to do so. The documents are separate and fully enforceable on their own.
