Some time ago, Mr. Rosen put together a brilliant resource called “Courthouse Confidential” which was full of sample separation agreements. If I’m not mistaken, the SA’s were pulled from county courthouse files. Can anyone access documents such as these at county courthouses? If not, where can samples be found? I need to file a Motion to Compel under Rule 37 as well as a Motion to Strike under Rule 11 and the samples available online are lacking.

Also, can I put these motions on the same pleading or will they need to be filed separately?

Anyone can access public court files. You can use the computers to search for certain documents. Motions may be consolidated.
