Does anyone know if this agreement is really needed if everything is already seperate? We share nothing.
We agree on every thing. We’ve been separated without filing an Agreement for almost a year and a half. I purchased our home before we married - still in my name only. We don’t share any bills, other than utilities. His bills are his and mine are mine. We don’t even share checking or savings accounts. Therefore, is it really necessary to file a Separation Agreement just to document this or can I just go ahead and file for Absolute Divorce? We both just want out of the marriage. Thanks.
