Is there a form that needs to be notarized when serving a subpoena by Sheriff? A certificate of service for subpoenas hand delivered by sheriff? I’ve looked at the typical certificate of service WAKE-CIV-02 but it does not refer to using the sheriff to serve the form. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
