Can one use the sexual conduct (Internet porno) over the Internet as cheating on spouse? Can alienation of affection be used in this. Or is this a valid claim? Can emails to another from correspondence on facebook back and forth be used as well.
Pornography is not the same as adultery, and cannot be the basis of a claim for alienation of affection.
Emails to a specific individual may be used as evidence of infidelity, but alone are not sufficient to prove adultery or alienation of affection.
