Using emails from spouses hotmail account

I would like to know if emails from my spouse to his girlfriend while he was still living with me are admissable in court to prove adultery and alienation of affection. Someone told me that the emails would have to be gotten from the email account by an attorney to be used.

It really depends on how you received the emails, and what your spouse’s expectation of privacy in the communications was. It would be best to speak with an attorney about the specifics to discuss your case for alienation of affection and whether the emails can be used as evidence.
