I have completed a separation agreement- spouse has reviewed and we have agreed to meet to sign in front of notary. I noticed there are two separate pages for the notary to document reviewing the signature for each of us. Does that mean we could sign at different times- I really don’t want to see him and would rather do the signing separately.
You can sign separately, the notary doesn’t need to see you both sign simultaneously. She can witness/notarize each of your signatures at separate times.
