Spouse Spying

Good afternoon,
Back in April I was separated from my wife, from the end of March to the end of April. During that time she had a private investigator put a gps tracker on my vehicle. The vehicle is a company vehicle, that is owned by my wife and I. Can she legally track me?

Generally, yes, a private investigator can legally put a tracker on a vehicle that is marital property (acquired during the marriage).
