Stages of action

Disregard that post please. The clerk I had spoken to was new and learning the ropes my question was answered this morning.

As for the motion to extend time to answer, can I also file a motion for mediation at the same time or do I have to wait till after I file my answer?

I have an attorney but I’m trying to do as much as I can myself to help my costs out. My county charges $250 per parent for mediation and I want it put into mediation as quickly as possible to reduce the stress on my household, especially my kids. The baby still feels my stress and I know it’s not good for him.

A motion for mediation can be filed at anytime.

Help from an attorney would be best for that I’m sure as my clerk can’t seem to find a standard motion except for an order that the judge signs.
