It appears the defendants attorney (stbxh) has asked for discovery. I’m surprised that the required financials only go back 2008 and 2009. I know that defendant has not yet filed State or Fed taxes for 2009. I am surprised that more documentation , such as tax returns, is not further required? What is the standard? Do you think the defendant may have an advantage without showing further documents? We were married from 2004- 2009, dos. Thank you
The Defendant may seek only the documents he or she needs in discovery, typically only the past 2 or 3 years are relevant.
