My ex-husband recently got married. He is a Marine and deploys often. Does his new wife have his visitation rights while he is away. They have been together for a little over a year and there have been many problems between my four children and her and her daughter. She has never been to one sporting or dance event, no graduations, and has made no attempt to be involved at all, until now. I am concerned she will try to take up my ex-husbands weekends when he is gone. Thanks for any help.
