Subpoena of text/phone records

I have been separated 10 months. My husbands attorney sent a subpoena directly to the phone company
wanting all phone records and text messages from February 2010 to present. Can they get my phone records/text for the time period after we separated? I don’t care if he gets all info up to the separation date as I have nothing to hide. But I am very worried about recent activity as there is personal information recently in my texts and details of my current relationship that I don’t want him knowing.
Are they allowed to get records from after my separation date? The reason they are requesting them isn’t due to him thinking I had an affair or anything.

Yes, they can obtain those records, if the phone company is willing to realease them.
