If I go to court to get a temporary court order for child support (we have one child right now)-what will happen when my unborn child arrives? Will the extra child support already be determined and enforced once the baby arrives or will I need to petition the court again for more child support?
You may seek an award of support for the baby once he or she is born, the court will then make a determination of support factoring in both children.
