Tort spousal intentional emotional financial abuse

Calling local (small town) personal injury attorneys, have found none are interested in representing me unless I was run over by a semi truck.
Can you help by telling where I can get resources on how I can bring such a lawsuit forward going pro se? Court procedure, drawing the complaint, etc etc. How also to find if there have been lawsuits in court (ex: Doe vs Doe)
Am aware of what is considered outrageous conduct, etc.
Thanks ahead

You may find the Lawsuits Page of the NC Courts website to be helpful. It explains how to file lawsuits and has links to resources to help you prepare court filings.

Marital torts require certain allegations to be plead in the complaint so it may be helpful for you to at least consult with a litigation attorney that regularly handles these types of claims.

If you have claims for divorce from bed and board and/or alimony, you can include in your complaint the allegations that give rise to marital misconduct. This type of complaint is filed in family court.
