Trying to make it by myself

Attorney

I have been working steadily for some time now. I always work overtime even though i have an illness and am uncertain how much longer i will be able to continue. No matter how much i work i cannot get back to the lifestyle i enjoyed during my marriage. He retained our standard of living, i did not and will never again. For one thing i went into the work force with no experience so i started at the very bottom and there are not enough years left for me to get to the top. My question is “what about the Crews law?” Would you explain how it works? What is the criteria ?

I am not sure what you are making reference to.

Crews V. Crews A case based on the dependant spouses inability to succeed in establishing the standard of living enjoyed during marriage. This case was won on that argument. Have you ever argued a case simular? Do you know of any other cases simular?

I have not argued a similar case, and off hand do not know of any similar cases. Case law research is beyond the scope of this forum.
