  1. How long was the child with the grandmother before the court date?
the ex parte was done in the next few days… he would not let her have the child, and didn’t know her rights also was scared of him and then got court order papers after hearing was over ( on process papers was stated that papers was not served in time)
How long has the grandmother had the child at her house? she found out as far as she knows for a fact child had been living with her since the fall of last year.

2.How often is the mothers visitation? (according to the court order)

when grandmother agrees ( no clarifed time or dates) grandmother is there at all times.

Does she always see her child on the scheduled visitation? yes as much as possible and calls ( when grandmother answers the phone)
