Videotaping in bathroom with out consent

My husband videotaped me changing to go into the shower while I was naked 2x.
I want to know since this is illegal if this is a misdemeanor or a felony and can I use this in court, as he is seeking alimony, as a reason to exclude alimony? Can I have him arrested for this? He has admitted to it.

You would need to contact law enforcement to see about criminal prosecution.

This would not be a reason to outright bar his ability to receive alimony, but it could affect the amount and duration that he would otherwise be entitled to.

Last question, my husband totaled his car while we were still living together but because he’s handicapped he decided not to buy another car and he got $18,000 from insurance instead. Am I entitled to half that because it’s cash during our marriage or does he keep that money because it came from his sale of his car?

Assuming the car was marital property (acquired during the marriage with marital funds), then you are each entitled to 50% of the value of the car, or in this instance, 50% of the insurance proceeds.
