I am currently living with my husband who possibly wants a divorce. We have two children together 2 years and 2 weeks old. He has a son form a preivous relationship who only knows me as mommy also. He works and I stay home with the kids. The guy he works for happens to own the house we are renting. i am afraid my husband will have me kicked out of this house and I have no where to go. Can he do that? what are my rights as of right now?
He cannot force you out of the martial residence unless he has a court order to do so. To obtain a court order he must prove that you have engaged in marital fault.
