My daughter and I have won a battle. i have temp 50/50custody of her after aligations of sexual abuse were put to rest. Now my wife is taking my little girl every week that she has her to the Dr. tring to show she is not healthy being in our home.i have meeting with dr. tomorrow. will express the truth. We have had a Guardian ad lidem appointed and we are both to take psychological evaluation. her because dss recomendedit and me because she lied to the magistrate and said i threatened to kill my selfso they came and lockedme up in january of last year for 6 days and said i was bi polar. i am not bi polar. the judge said that she was going to maintain jurisdiction over our case and that the attornys were not to even ask to change it. Her attorny did before.

My question is that with the appointment of a gal and the psychological eval. what are my chances with out an atorney. I have ran totaly out of money i have had to file bank ruptcy and can not get any money. Can i and what are my chances???
