Wife leaves with baby all the time

The next time she leaves, he should file for temporary custody, which would force her to come back and defend the action to keep custody of the child. At that time, he can show the court the numerous times she has left, and how is it in the child’s best interests to remain either in the area, or in his custody.

Good luck,

Every time my son’s wife doesn’t agree with him she takes their 3 month old baby and goes to her mothers and stays 2 or three days. I think she is planning on not comming back eventually. Her mother is trying to get her to stay with her and not go back to him. He has never harmed her she is 6 years younger then him . Met him and moved in with him the first week they met. they are married now. they have been married only about 2 months the baby was born before they were married. They have lived together for almost a year. Is there anything he can do to stop hher from taking the child with her when she leaves. He doesn’t want to get into any trouble. He doesn’t want his child away from home all the time either. Any Advice?
