Will she get alimony

There is a good chance she will get alimony if she can show she is dependant on your income to maintain her standard of living of the last few years of the marriage. However, there are things that, if you can show, may decrease her chances of receiving alimony, or at least the amount - if she is capable of earning about as much as you, or if she has committed marital misconduct this will help you potentially not have to pay as much or at all, depending on the circumstances.
