A few more questions on DIY divorce?

After filing all the papers, getting the husband his copies, and getting the court date, the 3 copies of the judgment I need to bring just need to say “Judgment” on the top? I printed off the judgment from your website, so is this all I need besides the divorce certificate I have to fill out? Also, after husband signs the affidavit of consent and returns to me, do I have to wait a specific amount of days to file for a court date if he agrees to everything and waives his right to any further notification? And if I do have to wait, how long? One more thing…my complaint and my judgment are both only one page long (except for the marriage settlement agreement and marriage certificate) because we have nothing together to divide. Is that ok?
Thank you so much for your help!

You should have all you need. As for the affidavit of consent, I am not sure what you are referring to, as you cannot consent to a divorce in North Carolina, only accept service, and waive time to answer.
If your ex does not sign a waiver of time to answer, you will have to wait 30 days before contacting the clerk for a court date. Then file a notice of hearing, (listing the time, date and location of the hearing ) and send a copy to your ex.
The number of pages for the judgement is not relevant so long as the pertinent information is contained therein.
