My STBX and I field for divorce 2 weeks ago and put of separation agreement in the file to have it incorporated into the divorce decree… However after looking we believe we forgot to put one of the pages in the agreement we we turned it over to the clerk of court… Would we be able to go to clerk of court to view the file to ensure that infact the complete separation agreement was filed?
