My STBX told me the other day that she had tried to get information about my business PayPal account. I told her that she was not on the account.

I called PayPal today and they said someone called on March 19 requesting information on the account such as balance, transactions, etc… They also said she tried to add herself as a user.

Is this against the law? The police said it was not.

How can I get copies of the recordings when she called?

Her attempt to gain access to the account is not illegal. If the company recorded the call you may attempt to get a copy of the recording through the company.
