Thanks again , i have spent the last 48 hours non-stop searching for the EXACT documents I need so I can do this Monday morning. I am just worried that I do not have all the correct documents because of the wording.
One more question and this could really be a stupid one , but going to ask it anyways based on athos last post.
We do not have any joint accounts but he has given me bank info and has when we he was home had me pay bills with his bank account and/or card.
Could I get in trouble if I use that info to pay household bills now.
No, you may pay the joint bills from the account since he has given you the information and permission to do so.
