If I can prove with a lot of circumstancial evidence (phone records for starters)my husband was having affair with co-worker how hard would it be to sue this individual? What kind of judgement comes out of these cases usually? How would the company they both work for view this type of behavior? Can the company be notified regarding these matters? This persons boyfriend also works for this company has no idea his girlfriend was having an affair with my husband.
You can file a complaint against your husband’s paramour if you can prove by the preponderance of the evidence that (1) you and your husband were happily married and there existed a genuine love and affection between the two of you, (2) the love and affection was alienated and destroyed, and (3) the wrongful and malicious acts of your husband’s paramour destroyed the love and affection between you and your husband.
An alienation of affection judgment is a monetary award decided by a jury.

How your husband’s company views this type of behavior would be up to that company’s internal policies.
Yes, the company can be notified about your husband having an affair with a coworker. However, you should be cautious about this. If you are a dependent spouse and are/will be seeking postseparation support and alimony from your husband, then you may consider not reporting this incident to the company so that your husband would not be fired as a result of your report.

What about the paramour? Can she lose her job over this? Or would she try & blame my husband?
Whether or not the paramour loses her job is up to the company’s internal policies.
