Alienation of Affection SC/NC

If I live in SC which does not allow Alienation of Affection lawsuits, can I sue the person my spouse is having an affair with if they live in NC which does allow an Alienation of Affection lawsuit?

Yes, you can sue the paramour in NC in the county where the paramour lives as long as the acts and events giving rise to the alienation of affection claim took place in NC.
