Alienation of affection

After years of abuse, (substance, emotional and physical abuse) my spouse moved out. There were affairs on his side and he is now currently living with his lover. I was accused of having affairs- never did. I turned over all of my e-mail accounts, facebook and cell bills. He also had me followed, only to find I was not doing anything wrong. What does the new law state in NC regarding alienation of affection? How does that play into my scenerio? We separated in April of 2009. He moved in with her this summer.
