It depends if your Husband’s girlfriend has had any contact with North Carolina. If she has had no contact with the state, and the affair did not occur while your Husband lived in NC, you cannot sue her here.

My husband’s girlfriend did stay with him in NC for 21/2 weeks in our condo,Sept 2006.Does this qualify to file suit in NC? Probably other times that I do not know about.

Is there a time resraint in filing a complaint for AOA? I have filed for divorce in MD on counts of adultery and desertion.If my husband does not come up with a resonable settlement of property I will probably get a court date in April. My husband’s girlfriend did stay with him in NC in Sept. of 2006. Is there a time limit to file ?

I live and I am filing for divorce in MD for adultery. If I am not satisfied with the outcome of the MD court can I sue my husband’s
girlfriend for AOA in NC.My husband lives in NC.We are joint owners of the residence in NC.The girlfriend did live in FLA.,but am not sure where she lives now.
