Interrogatories are questions that the court mandates you answer within 30 days (you are allowed one additional 30 day extension). We can only send 50 interrogatories (including all subparts as individual questions).
Both parties only receive them if the attorneys send them out. Most are standardized per attorney office with changes for each client based on their situation. I often ask my clients if they have any additional topics which need to be addressed. Thank you.

I have temporary custody of my 12yr son and she has visitation rights she left the residence and I pay all martital debt, I been order to sell a vehicle, I drive at least 60 miles a day to take my son to school because I have a restraining order not to enroll my son in the county I live in,I buy his clothes, feed him , pay his medical bills, and on top of all that I pay her child support and I have a Attorney. So yes I’m a little upset with attorneys because I keep paying money to go back to court and it never seems to go in my favor, I’m a dam good father trying to do the right thing, I hoping and praying my lawyer is setting things up for a victory.The judge has stated that our situation is different but I think he don’t wanna believe thier are good fathers out there. I wish I could get media envolvement. based on whats going on in my case I think Lawyer should get paid based on the outcome of their cases and if a client lies there is a stiff financial penalty. but I know you thinking there more to my case than I’m saying but both attorney have all documentation that they both need and requested for so why do we keep going back to courts for frivolus issues. When do the clients get a chance to speak. I want to be question by her attorney thats the day I’m waiting for. The only thing is my judge is blind but actually that might be better, that way he can judge based on fact( I HOPE).so when I try to give people advise I’m only doing it from a average person with a average income and can relate to some of these issues, So if my advice is not legal I shall keep my opinions to myself, but for all that read this , this is a outstanding site I only wish I had found this site before I obtained a attorney.
