In October, our child support order was increased to include my ex paying half of all medical bills.
I emailed my ex images of the bills, as i feel like i should have the originals for court next month. He is demanding that I give him the paper copies. (and isn’t paying them)
Are scans of bills legally acceptable to fulfill my end of the court order?
Scanned copies of bills are acceptable, but you will need to print them out prior to your court date.
