My STBX is threatening me with this because my son didn’t want to go for his weekend visitation. He wanted to go for a few hours but not overnight. There have been some abuse situations in that home (STBX’s future stepson has been beating up on my son) and he is afraid. He isn’t exactly living up to his end of the agreement either. Child support is 5 weeks behind and he is picking our son up from school when his visitation doesn’t start until about an hour later. How seriously should I take his threat??
