Breach of Separation Agreement 3yrs

What if part of the Separation Agreement was breached 3 years 2 weeks for non payment however was still paying on the car part of the contract and breached that a year and couple months ago. Where does it stand on Statue of Limitation? What are the options?

If the separation agreement is a contract under seal, meaning it has been signed and notarized by both parties and with the word “seal” next to it, then the statute of limitations to sue for breach of contract is 10 years from the time the breach was realized or should have reasonably been realized.

A separation agreement (contract) is enforced by a breach of contract lawsuit against the party that is not performing under the agreement as required to do.
