My wife and I have been divorced since July 2003. She has been living in the house. Our property has not been settled. She is getting married this Saturday Nov. 22 and will move in with her new husband. When she leaves, doesn’t she lose her residency for the house? Can’t I just move back in? She thinks she has “control” of the house until we settle the property and I buy her out. The house is in both of our names.
