Child custody agreement

Dear Dsunrise:

Greetings. While I will be glad to answer legal questions, I will not draft any contract language for you on this forum. Joint custody is when the parents share decision making authority and sole custody is one when parent is primarily charged with making the decisions regarding the child’s welfare. The schedule of visitation does not determine what kind of child custody you have. Thank you.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

What would be the proper language in a parenting agreement to describe that the kids live with me fulltime and my soon to be ex has visitation every other weekend and we have split up the holidays.
Would it be full physical. What is a custodial parent?
Thank you for your help.
