Greetings. If you have a court order, she has to go. Maybe you should make a motion for a parent coordinator and a child custody evaluation? Good luck.

Unfortunatly I’m going through the same, Since me and the ex couldn’t agree my attorney got a Child Coordinator involved that way evrything that happens ,all visiting arrangements has to go through the Coordinator and their imput goes a long way with the Judge, but its going to cost you about $2k
Thank you so much for the reply sorry took so long to get me to reply back
Who and where can I find a Child Coordinator I have never heard of this before and what will they do? Are they like DSS? Can I just use DSS to help me in this? Now I have both of my children saying things and I just do not know what to do about this I want the best for them but I know she will help in anyway to stop this. I am writing her a letter and going to email to her to maybe do something and stop this junk but the ball right now is in her court and I cannot do anything about it. Only if she would open her eyes and see what she is doing to those poor kids.
Again thank you so much for this
Keep in mind that the letter you write can be used against you so be carefull what you say, A coordinator will determine whats best for the child, they will be able to see what you see and what you don’t see and you will have to deal with the decision.
Greetings. The court will appoint a parent coordinator and usually both parties pay equally for the same. This is a new law, so get in touch with an attorney that practices family law and have them provide you with a motion (or have your attorney draft it). It will save you so much money in attorney fees in the future that you will be glad you spent the money now getting the parent coordinator involved. Thank you.

Miss Fritts
I thank you so much for the reply and I hope that all will work out for my children and me and to anyone that is going though the same thing.
This site is the best thing that I have seen. I have seen so many people from other areas contacting you for legal advice and I am glad that thi is here.
Thank you and let God be with you
Arthur
Whats a new law, the parent co-ordinator or the fee being split 50/50 if so who determines the split, because I been told I will pay 70% based on income.

Well I just found out today that my daughter of 13 does not want to go with her mother this Friday I told her that we have no choice about this the judge made it a court oder 50/50[:(].
I know that there is no way to get her out of this or is there? I told my daughter that I will call the lawyer about this and find out what to do. I also have a son of 11 I do not know what he thinks about this but something needs to be done this woman is not stable she is losing everything I tried to talk with her but all I get are lies and thats it.
Please has anyone ever had this problem? Like to know what you did to stop this.
Thank you so much
