Exchange student

Dear momoftwins:

Greetings. Do you have a court order or separation agreement? Have you discussed the option of a parent coordinator with him? Thank you.

The response posted above is based upon the limited factual information made available and is not intended as a full and complete response to the question. The only reliable manner to obtain complete and adequate legal advice is to consult with an attorney, fully explain your situation, and allow the attorney sufficient opportunity to research the applicable law and facts required to render an accurate opinion. The basic information provided above is intended as a public service but a full discussion with an attorney should be undertaken before taking any action.

Thank you for responding. We signed a separation agreement. I have never heard of a parent coordinator. I’ll look it up.

Good luck

Since our divorce two years ago, my ex husband has shown a complete lack of commom sense. He bought bunk beds for the kids when they were 3, let them go to his neighbor’s house unsupervised when they were 4, and had one child wait at the entrance of a roller coaster ALONE while he rode with the other. The newest shock is that he is planning on having a male exchange student come live with him. The kids only see him every other weekend, but it only takes one time for this STRANGER to molest them and destroy them for life. What legal options are available for me to prevent this senseless behavior to stop? He refuses to listen when I try to point out the dangers.
