Child support

Can alimony be used to calculate income when child support is being determined? If she is getting $200 a month in alimony and she at the time was imputed min wage… we are working on re-doing child support ourselves since she is now working and making $13/hr, I just need to know if alimony can be counted as her income for that purpose

Alimony is considered income for child support purposes when it is received from a spouse other than the spouse involved in the child support case.

So if the mother is receiving alimony from the father of the child in which child support is calculated, then alimony cannot be calculated as income.
