when calculating child support do i include alimony as income?
when trying to reach a settlement agreement on alimony do i include his childsupport in his reasonable expenses to determine if he has an “ability to pay” there is no doubt that i was a dependant spouse and there was no infedility on my part but he’s trying to inflate his expenses (he will have no debt whatsoever and is planning to move into one of his mothers properties rent free)
I do have an attorny but just got my first bill and asking her simple questions is crazy expensive, thank you so much for this free service!
