Consent Orders

If a Consent Order was sent to the Plaintiff’s attorney, does the attorney have an option not to respond to receiving the Order?
Does the Plaintiff’s attorney have the option not to present the Consent Order to his/her client?
If after 30 days of mailing the Consent Order and have not heard back from the Plaintiff’s attorney what would be the next step?
I have been separated for 1 year, gone through 2 attorneys and $10,000 and still no Order for alimony or child support.
Can I force either one of the attorneys to allow me to live with him/her after I loose my apartment?

Thank you.

There is nothing that requires an attorney to respond to a settlement offer, but an attorney does have an obligation to forward any settlement offers to his or her client.
