I went to my court hearing, and I have a copy of the CD for the hearing. I am getting in transcribed, and having a copy for my record. The judge dismissed her two claims, but left it open in case she wanted to file a new one at a later date. How do I get the transcript admitted into evidence is she files a new claim?
The court file will include the judge’s order and is already part of the record, it is not evidence, but is the law of the case.
So I can’t use the transcript if we had another hearing?
You can refer to the prior hearing yes, but it is not evidence, but the history of the case. It does not need to be introduced as an exhibit.
