My ex and I have 5 children. Given the circumstances surrounding our divorce and the circumstances surrounding the conception of the children, I now question the paternity of the children. I spoke to my ex about us having a paternity test performed and she refused. I am due to sign a consent order this week for joint custody and visitation arrangements. Can I still file a motion for a paternity test even after signing this consent order?
