On December 9, I received a temporary Ex Parte Domestic Violence Order of Protection for myself and my daughter. I returned to court today to try and receive a permanent one. However, it was denied as my husband flat out lied about everything. He of course was sworn in for his testimony. Fortunately for me, I can prove that he lied under oath today as I have paperwork to support it. Will his lying under oath in court help me in child custody issues?
