I am seriously considering pursuing a defamation lawsuit against my STBX, who has said some pretty serious lies against me, not to mention posted some serious lies about me online (and I am keeping an ongoing record of every single one).
I am not really sure I have any damages - other than her attempt to publicly humiliate me and get people to essentially hate me. Am I safe in assuming that this is not something that Rosen could help me with? What type of legal advice should I pursue? (Meaning, is this considered “personal injury”?) Can you make any recommendations of a lawyer in the Raleigh area that can help me on my limited budget?
