Denied visitation

If your ex is not doing what he is supposed to do according to your papers, you can ask a court to make him do what he is supposed to do.

Dear Delisa:

Greetings. You can file a Motion to Show Cause in North Carolina and serve this on your husband. This will allow you to quickly (within 10 days of service) bring your ex into court and get some help froma judge if you have an order. If you do not have an order for child custody and visitation, I would recommend that you seek the assistance of an attorney and file for child custody, since your children are at risk of further abuse. Best of luck with this difficult situation.

I had to call child protective services on my ex three times because he abuses my three daughters. He leaves bruises on all of them. After the third call,my ex has consistently denied me any telephone contact. He also refuses to let my daughters visit me after I payed $3000 on plane tickets. I can’t get a refund for the tickets. Please help. I don’t know what to do.
