Document every single time that she does not allow you to take her for your visitation. Write down days and times and what she told you such as the excuse why you can’t have your visitation. My husband and I went through the same thing with his ex. It took 4 times of going back to court for violation of the court order, but the Judge finally had enough of her B.S. Good Luck! Remember document everything, its very important for court.
Dear kbcdjc:
Greetings. You need to file a Motion to Modify Custody and a Motion to Show Cause. Good luck.
