My ex and I have been seperated for 15mths. He filed for PSS 2 months ago (because he hasnt worked in 3 years and still doesnt want to) and in part of my response I have filed for Divorce. He is now telling me that he plans to refuse to sign any divorce papers. Can he do this? How long after being seperated does one have to file for PSS? His parents have been supporting him 100% for the last 6 mths other than odd jobs that he has done so would he still be considered dependant on me?

No, he cannot refuse the divorce, and it is not necessary that he sign anything for the divorce action to proceed. His PSS claim was property filed as you may make such a claim until you are legally divorced. He is a dependant spouse within the meaning of the law.
