I’m a little confused by your question. You can’t refuse a divorce; either spouse can file for divorce after one year of separation and there isn’t anything you can do to prevent the divorce from being granted. If he makes 5 times your salary, then it sounds like you would be a candidate for PSS/Alimony. Evidence of his affair also has an impact on alimony.
