Good morning,
I have been divorced since May 2008 and in our legal separation agreement it states that I will pay the 2nd mortgage on the home that I have can not receive any owner interest in. My name has been deleted from the deed and it is NOT on the loan. He just remarried this weekend and I have been married for four years. Do I legally have to continue to pay this mortgage payment or is there a way out of it?
